Scott Qurollo
presidentScott brings 25 years of experience to his leadership role at pearl brands, where he takes a personal hand in strategy development, brand management and creative direction. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communications from Drury University in Springfield, MO. Scott began his career recruited into Bass Pro Shops marketing department and later moved on to agency life, where he developed award-winning creative for several national marine industry clients and a portfolio of national hotel, resort and destination brands. A student of both the art and science of brands, how they're created, brought to life and expressed through diverse channels, he offers extensive category experience in marine, hospitality, tourism and retail accounts. Scott is also known throughout the pearl office for wielding a high-pressure marshmallow gun to ensure his ideas are heard during creative strategy sessions. -
Mike Girard
vp | creative directorJust when you thought all Art Director/Creative Directors were the same, someone like Mike comes along and confirms those long-held beliefs. In all seriousness, he is not like most creatives…he wouldn’t be working at pearl if he was. This native of Chicago brings a wealth of large-market experience (a rarity in this region of the country) to the team at pearl brands. He has nearly 25 years experience in the marketing communications and branding business and, in previous roles, has built a solid reputation for creative excellence for businesses in many industries. From brand launches to package design, and collateral, Girard has a varied background including healthcare, luxury retail, software, technology, financial services, education, commercial trucks, and real estate development. Mike is fully capable of taking the ball and running a project from concept to completion, and is an integral part of pearl’s formidable creative department. He’s also an avid snowmobiler…which we haven’t had the heart to tell him doesn’t happen much in Florida. -
Lindsay Yager
creative directorLindsay is a copywriter, Texas native, and University of Oklahoma grad who comes to Florida by way of Colorado. She spent much of her career in the highly competitive Dallas ad market creating new brands, reviving old ones, and writing for just about everything in between. Working at large full-service agencies, Lindsay gained a metric ton of experience in outdoor brands, plus restaurant, CPG, retail, B2B and more. She feels perfectly at home crafting headlines on a laptop, or overseeing video production on a fishing boat. Whatever the creative challenge, Lindsay jumps into everything she does with both feet. However, salvaging a good hair day in the Florida humidity could prove to be her toughest challenge yet. -
Matt Galbraith
designer, photo-videographerMatt comes to Pearl behind the wheel of a vintage VW Micro-Bus and armed with an awesome array of aesthetic and practical creative skills. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design and Animation from Rasmussen College. As a video and graphic designer, Matt brings taste and a refined eye to the table; but as a pure creative mind, he also brings the ability to solve virtually any client problem through compelling, smart visualizations.
